Parkway School Handbook

School Registration is due upon entering the school, then due every August thereafter.
Summer Registration is due each May.
Before and after care, anything beyond short day hours of 8am-3pm, is $10.00 per hour. If your child is here outside their scheduled time, your account will be automatically charged.
After 6:00 P.M. there is a $10.00 late fee per child plus an additional $1.00 per minute per child will be charged.
Weekly tuition is due at the first of the week prior to childcare.
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
Registration is non-refundable.
There is no credit given for holidays, vacations, or missed days.
We require a two-week notice if you plan to withdraw your child from the program. The parent remains responsible for all contracted charges. Any prepaid tuition will not be refunded without the two week notice.
There will be a $20.00 charge for return checks.

Weekly tuition is due on the 1st day of the week that care is being provided. It is considered late thereafter. If payment falls more than 3 weeks behind, a $5.00 late fee will be charged each week that the account is behind. If payment falls more than 6 weeks behind, your child will not be admitted to the school until the balance is paid. Your child's place will be held for 2 weeks, after that, they would have to register as a new student.

Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. It is considered late thereafter. If payment is not made by the 10th of each month, a 5% late charge will be applied. If payment is not made by the end of the month, your child will not be admitted to the school until the balance is paid.
